The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because the resort didn’t honor a discount they offered on Instagram. On their instagram, the resort offered a “Buen Fin” discount of 25%. However, when booking through their website the discount had no option to be applied. I messaged them through WhatsApp (their only form of communication) and they said they would apply the discount at check in. At check in, the lady gave us the ring around she didn’t know if she could do that and she would talk to the manager and get back to us (even after we showed her the messages on WhatsApp). She never did, and even at check out when we asked for an update she said the owner was coming in later and she’ll ask them and reach back out. She never did. I had even asked if we could be given a drink voucher instead as a compromise and she declined. Besides that frustrating encounter, the room itself was nice. It was clean, spacious, and the patio offered a nice view of the resort. The BEST part of the experience were the 2 gentlemen at the pool bar, Carlos and Manuel. The 2 men were friendly, attentive, respectful, and on top of it. Carlos made excellent cocktails as well as mariscos dishes. Manuel made sure to check and attend to us frequently while we were in the jacuzzi.
Nuestra visita al valle estuvo genial, maple resort tiene buena localidad, con excelentes cuartos de hospedaje, para grupos grandes cabañas en renta. Le doy 4 estrellas debido al servicio, necesitan estar más atentos en el área de la alberca, cerrar a la hora puesta y no antes. Prender el jacuzzi es otra, uno no debería de ir avisarles qué está apagado. 8/10.

Its a great stay, the place is very nice. We liked everything, from the drinks, the food, the rooms, and especially the pool. Would definitely recommend.
Our Valle Mobile Spa team visited here for massage and facials and really were impressed with the management and grounds. Very friendly reception and a great space for couples massage and facial. I will recommend to others when they ask!
Festejé mi cumple ahí y todo estuvo súper bien! El lugar está hermoso y el camino no está tan feo, aunque si hay terracería para llegar. Nosotros llegamos antes del check in y aunque esperamos un ratito nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora. ⏰ Pudimos hacer uso de todas las instalaciones, la alberca está grande y la habitación muy bonita, por cierto si tiene refri pero hay que buscarlo bien jiji, el único detalle que no me agradó fue que tardó mucho en calentar el boiler. Los alimentos están ricos, aunque no hay mucha variedad, en lo personal las vendidas me gustaron mucho y la atención muy agradable. Ojo!Están terminando las habitaciones de enfrente por lo cual se escuchan ruidos de maquinaria. ( por la noche no se escucha nada) Si recomiendo este lugar!
